Step 2 Check the our online status above to see if our service is currently available.

Step 3 Skype users can contact us by clicking the status icon above. Non-Skype users click here to send us an email. Include your full name, current mailing address and phone number with area code. Also include a brief description of the problem you are having. Include the exact wording of any error messages you may be receiving. You will be contacted via phone or email by a remote technician.

STOP: DO NOT CONTINUE TO STEP 4 UNTIL DIRECTED TO DO SO BY YOUR REMOTE TECHNICIAN.

Step 4 Click here to download our remote software. When prompted, choose to run the file and choose continue or ok for any security warnings. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to a technician for your support session. Once connected you will be charged for a connection fee of $9.95 and 99¢ per minute until the session concludes.
